REGISTRATION

To register for CCYW, please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM for each wrestler.

WHO

4th-8th grade students 

*3rd graders will be considered upon request

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Beginners & experienced wrestlers welcome 

Folks from any town/city are welcome to join us, we do NOT limit attendance to Concord or Carlisle residents

Trial Period Option

Those who are interested in a soft introduction are always welcome to visit to audit/view/watch a couple of practices. Please contact us via email with inquiries.

Obtain USA Wrestling Membership (Limited Folkstyle Athlete)

CCYW Wrestlers should also obtain a USA Wrestling 'Limited Folkstyle Athlete' membership.

USA Wrestling cards will be required in competitions

LIABILITY WAIVER

Each and every wrestler is required to submit a completed liability form found HERE 

(if the link does not work, find it at the bottom)

One waiver needed per wrestler per year

Please sign the waiver with ink (we cannot accept electronic signatures)

EQUIPMENT

Wrestlers should wear athletic shorts or sweatpants (preferably no pockets), a t-shirt, and headgear at practice.

Wrestling shoes are recommended (While not required in practice, they help with agility and may be required in competition)

Some wrestlers may be required or want a Hair Net or a Mouth Guard (primarily for braces) for practice & competitions

We have extra headgear available should a wrestler forget to bring theirs.

PRICING / FEES

The fee covers CCHS facility rental fees, equipment, insurance, and a t-shirt.
