Dear Chess Friends,

As usually, I'm pleased to announce that,

I've realized to organize another new CS of 3600 tour series!

Some Notes,

After some bad experience with the recent competition: Details

I've decided to test only the Top 10 engines, but this time as MP

And I switched to Fritz GUI frankly not so bad chess GUI for sure!

Anyhow, sad that Fritz GUIs don't support Concurrent matches...

E.g in case of parallel games, a tester have to use several GUIs

But we have to be satisfied with that... no any work is perfect...

Meanwhile,

I ran a new HashTable test, in short I was wondering about which

Hash-table size would be better for the current MP championship

And after 192 games, the results were in favor for 128 MB hash

So exactly at these minutes, I started the official tour via 128 MB...

However, later the hash test is resumed...and the results are ended

Slightly better in favor for 512 MB, for example just 3 Elo difference

Hash-Table Test: 128 MB Hash vs 512 MB Hash: GAMES

1 Cfish 512mb +31/-29/=200 50.38% 131.0/260

2 Cfish 128mb +29/-31/=200 49.62% 129.0/260

Note: The above hash-table test is played by Cfish 030820 engine

And as usual, Cfish's overall draw percentage is not so high: 77%

E.g mostly of other SF based ones produce over than 90% draws

Sure these stats are based on data which played as NON-NNUE

But just If NNUE is enabled, then almost 98-99% draws are ending...

Note also that, the hash matches are played as MP, Ponder ON etc.

Btw, for anyone missed, interested for older HashTable Test Results

Ok...and here are the final tournament results:

Unfortunately via latest entry (Cfish), SF PB engine is lost the lead...

But anyhow, SF-PB is former Champ...and this is not as luck for sure!

And again and again Cfish managed to be as BRIGHTEST STAR...!!

In other words, once more performed as strongest ..just Born to Win!

What I can say more, exactly the same Cfish: 5-TIMES CHAMPION!

That means really a lot..because played under very serious conditions...

It is true, all NON-NNUE..but at least pure chess...no much assistance...

And no doubt the rest Top players are STARS too...Well-Done to All..!

Note also that,

Cfish 030820 via default Contempt is better vs close in strength players

But in case of test vs weaker engines, C40 seems to be better: Results

The Champion: Cfish - Congratulations to Cfish, Stockfish teams!

Note: 2nd SF-PB, 3rd rank belongs: Brainfish, DeepBlue, Polyfish, SFMZ
