The current 3600 Elo competition is already paused...
Because as we see, no much Elo progress since 2020
Sure later, there is a possibility to be resumed again...
Meanwhile, be aware of that too,
I realized to test some of previous Winners as well...
E.g Cfish 11 is the same version (x86_x64): for Results
Stockfish XIr4 is same.. managed to be Champ:Results
S_XPro-NN 1.0 is same one, which managed... Results
Eman 6.91 is another one, managed as Champ Results
Btw, for anyone missed,
Some details about the current Number One engine:
Cfish 030820 C40 is the Winner of Candidate 2020
Plus the Winner of both CS I 3600 and CS II 3600 Elo
And as we see, the same Cfish engine is once more on Top!
In short, 4-times Champion, just shocking and great news!!
However, I have to admit also that,
Contempt 40 played the BIGGEST role, where Cfish is Number One!
Otherwise, no doubt that SF PB 250222 would be the current Champ!)
To be more clear,,
C40 is really important factor not only for Cfish but for SF too: Results
And once more we noticed that 'newer' does not mean better/stronger...
Not so clear? Perhaps some will say current Cfish is not strongest..
I mean e.g some may claim that NNUE is the strongest out there...
In this case, I have to disagree...I may try to explain in many ways..
But I'll answer simply, NNUE is not an Engine...still not so clear ?)
Then, just a few more words about NNUE: simply it's a learned data..
Based on previous moves/positions, where the chess engine gains...
Sure NNUE is not exactly same, but something like opening books..
Just disable the NN / EvalFile....and you'll see what is going on...!)
In other words, we should not mix apples with oranges, hope helps!

More Details (13.03.2022):
• All of the engines 64-bit, mainly BMI2 and less than 2 MB (in size)
• For maximum performance and strength (due to Parallel matches):
- For each GUI: installed separate copy of engines, for more Details
- Many of the current chess engines are played with Contempt 40
• Overall draw percentage (based on 7890 games) not so high 80%
• The Top engines seems to be quite stable: No games lost on time
