Registration/Tournament Details

• ChessBase (ctg), Polyglot (bin), Arena (abk), Shredder (bkt) books are participated

• All opening books are played by same engine: Houdini 1.5a S1 x64 using 6 cores

• Exception for Polyglot (bin) books: Stockfish 130713 x64 6 core is played, for Details

• The maximum opening book size limit was less than 500 MB (compressed size)

• Recommended uploading sites: Dropbox / GoogleDrive / Mega / Mediafire / Zippyshare

• The new book entries are tested (min 200 games) mainly against the Top 20 players

• Chessbase (ctg) books are played with book settings: Learning ON; Optimized 0/35

* Exception: a few participated books are played with for different book settings...

* However, (for less draws) all abk/ctg books are played with settings up to 35 moves

Participant Details

• For each book is installed separately folder of engine (each book used different engine.exe)

• Arena (abk), Shredder (bkt) books are played mainly against abk; bkt; bin book formats

• Auto232 player is used for running matches (e.g when playing abk vs bkt or ctg books)

• The overall draw's percentage (all books via Houdini 1.5a x64 6core) is not so high: 51 %

* Note: in case of using the lastest SF for all books), probably the draws will be approx. 90%

• According to my testings, mostly of the mp engines suffer with 36 cores on E5-2686 machine

* And probably, this is one of best choice/way of running the current tour under these conditions...
