Hello Chess Friends,
This time I will try to mention about mine, engine, book errors etc.Sure not very often but sometimes I see messages by a few Authors..E.g they blamed SCCT conditions (that means my work, efforts etc.)Yes..my work is not perfect..Btw, what about yours ? or maybe youNever make mistakes ? Regarding my work, just a few questions:Did you ever notice that e.g:Any book to be played with wrong settings ? or played not yours ?I mean instead of your book to play...other one's book is tested? Or anything other else with wrong setup etc...? really I wonder?Sure you can blame, criticize...but in case of wrong settings etc.Btw, once happened, I think in 2010 or 2011 (in old Rybka days) In short, I tested other opening book.. it was my finger mistake...But later I replayed all those games..sure as next, by the right book..You see...I make mistakes too..) sure not very often but I make...)After all, we are HUMANS...even ROBOTS make mistakes... ))
To be more clear, I organize these book tours more than 15 years!And in that period of time, I've produced close to one million games!Plus, I've tested thousands of opening books.. that means also thatI've worked with hundreds of Book Makers (from all over the World)And frankly, almost all were satisfied with my used test conditions!Of course I am perfectly aware of that, my tours can not satisfy allIt is simply impossible! and on other hand, this is quite normal that Sometimes we may see 'errors' yes...I use mainly Blitz time controlsAnd as usual, these errors are not mine! just only a few examples: Some are not checking carefully their opening lines..and their funny Reaction is very impatient...blaming SCCT test conditions.. hehe ))Some are missing to read the announced conditions..etc and etc.What I can say more? I never force any X book to prefer these lines...Once more...I can run such tours with slow time control..where mostly Errors may disappear, but this time the draws can be close to 99%And I hardly doubt that I will ever run, but just in case..I'm afraid thatI will loose my interest...I assume many Book Authors too..plus these Kind of tours (with slow TC) may take over than 1 (one) year...SORRY.For Me, FUN is the most important part...I assume for many as well
Still not so clear? well, now I am giving just another example:In short, recently my conditions are critisized by BlazingFire27, Who is the author of Galactus books..his comments were private.. Anyhow. I preferred to post publicly. because, in this way,I believe that may be useful for rest chess friends, in other words:I have no much free time for each and thanks for understanding!

I think that BlazingFire27 is missed to check or his used database isDifferent than mine, anyhow I can guarantee that my created book is Based mainly on 2022 games, played by 3700+ Elo NNUE enginesE.g as sources are used mainly from SCCT, Playchess, Infinitychess..
Btw, here is the mentioned game: GalactusMythos vs MANTIS DH2Note: The above game played in the recent Super League: ResultsE.g according to BlazingFire27,His book (GalactusMythos) lost simply due to Raubfish engine errorHere I disagree..I say simply, lost due to GalactusMythos's book errorAnd any well-experienced in book making can see what is going on..E.g at 22...move: Mantis prefers a3, with 70%+ win. percentage !!Btw, Congratulations to Roger! (Mantis's Author) Impressive line!Actually there are always solutions..even via this opening line, e.gAt 22th move, Whites have to play to Nd4, at least safer, stronger!!Plus in case of playing to Nd4, there are Wins (for White sides)!Where playing Whites (22 Ng3): Black's a3 move is dominant!And mostly are ending as WIN for Black sides..and hope helps!However, it is all right..e.g based on BlazingFire27's comments:He is 15 years old boy..I mean there is a long way to learn,Practice, training, play etc..but on other hand (for 15 years old)I'm a little bit shocked, because I can't imagine when at 30 age...
Yes, in our hobby, no any School or University..but what is sad:Some students behave as they are graduated from Oxford... !) Sure there is nothing impossible, but step by step...I hope nowYou understand what I mean..if still not..simply not my problem!
Meanwhile (in one of previous book tours),Goi's author also blamed (privately) e.g he said as SCCT's error))As far as I remember, as engine is used Cfish (NON-NNUE), and After checking Goi's lost line..I've noticed over than 75% winningPercentage (in favor for FireOnboard book), what does it mean?I will try to help, if X book player will be in NON-NNUE tour, thenSimply I suggest (for better performance) the opening lines to be Optimized for these kind of test conditions, sure then we can talk..Otherwise please...a small note: I work over opening lines moreThan 20 years...in that long period of time, still I am learning..really..One more advise, instead of looking at engine outputs (in openings)It will be good idea also to check the winning percentages as well
