Our priority is to cover travel expenses for graduate students, postdocs and speakers.  If you are a graduate student, please try to arrange to share a room. Please also read the reimbursement instructions


The lectures will take place in Natural Science Building Auditorium on Friday afternoon. This is a picture of the building. You can also find the NS Building in Google maps.

The lectures will take place in Center 105 on Saturday and Sunday.

On Friday, metered parking may be available, otherwise you can park in visitor designated areas (making sure you pay the fee at the pay stations). You may be able to find visitor parking either in Gilman Parking Structure (222 visitor spaces) or Pangea Parking Structure (145 visitor spaces). 

Parking is free in the Gilman Parking Structure oSaturday and Sunday. However, overnight parking is not allowed.
