Our priority is to cover travel expenses for graduate students, postdocs and speakers.  If you are a graduate student, please try to arrange to share a room. Please also read the reimbursement instructions


Lectures: 

The lectures will take place in Natural Science Building Auditorium on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. A map and further details can be found at campus map and building locator. 


Parking:

If you drive to campus, parking is free in the Gilman Parking Structure on Saturday and Sunday. However, overnight parking is not allowed. 

On Friday, metered parking may be available, otherwise you can park in visitor designated areas (making sure you pay the fee at the pay stations).
