Carrot-Ginger Smoothie 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 banana

3 ice cubes

1/3 cup carrot juice

1 tablespoon vanilla creamer

2-4 tablespoons ginger juice (see this post on juicing ginger, if you do not have a juicer)

protein powder (optional)
