2010 was our 40th Annual FALL FAIR at the Lighthouse Community Centre in Qualicum Bay.
continuing the commitment of the fair to bring a great day of inexpensive
family entertainment celebrating the great community we live and work in.

We were promoting Heritage Breeds and Seeds and the associated
concepts involved in small holding farms, community food sources and sustainable agriculture.
Brought back our special displays.  Our Fleece to Fabric, and Soil to Table rooms
showcasing the diversity of flavours, colours and character traits that
heritage breeds and seeds can bring to us.

The fair had some familiar highlights such as the
Canine Sports Demos, the Artists and Artisan Hall and our great Local Entertainment lineup,
along with a few new surprises more agricultural displays and great food vendors.

The driver of the local fall fair are the entries that are brought in brought in by community members.
Entries have a wide range,  from kid's vegetable creature creations, through all the fabric arts, cooking,
baking, hobbies, and wine making, there is truly something for everyone to enter in all age groups.
The community's best creations were displayed for everyone to enjoy.
