Shrimp with Whole Grain Medley
Shrimp with Whole Grain Medley
My $4 dinner. The shrimp was on sale for $3, and the whole grain rice medley was on sale for $1. Can't beat that! I boiled the shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning, garlic powder, onion, lemon juice, marjoram, thyme, tabasco sauce, and balsamic vinegar. When it was all cooked, I shelled the shrimp, put it on top of the rice, then sprinkled it all with Lemon Herb Seasoning. Yum!
