Faculty are expected to maintain class rosters on line. Faculty need to verify attendance in your class(es) on a continuous basis.
Please refer students to the Registration & Records office if:
· He/she has been attending your class, and on your class listing they show as withdrawn
· OR attending your class, and not listed on your class listing, they are most likely not officially enrolled.
Dropping Students for
If they are not withdrawn by the end of the first week of school, the student will be charged the entire tuition for the semester.
What is an official 45th day class?
Classes in session on 45th day, start on 45th day, and end on 45th day.
All enrollment for classes that meet the above description needs to be given to Registration & Records for processing in SIS before/by Monday, March 2, 2009.
Enrollment Cancellation (program to drop students for non-payment) reports will continue to run every evening until the end of the semester, and we need your help to insure accurate enrollment and attendance is reported for 45th day which is on Thursday, October 6, 2011.
Instructors should NOT use the 43 (never attended) drop code after 45th day.
