01.- Project

The project "Different countries, different cultures - A Europe ' is based on the concept of  culture. We use culture in a broad sense.  After the traditional meaning which includes  art, music, dance, theater and literature we want to include and share the culture of each day, such as family life, school life and culture. Beginning with the relationship in  families, recreation, meals, tasks, duties, rules, clothing. Continuing with the sports and activities  are during breaks or classes, rules, clothing, relationships with friends, teachers, workers, study, problems to tackle what they see and compare the different topics of the school.

                The main idea  is to give strength to the 'European Unity' in the diversity of cultures using individual similarities and differences among people.

Approach to these issues and  problems:

-          Fill out questionnaires that will be prepared with the help of teachers

-          Take pictures, record videos in the country of origin

-          exchange of documents such as photos, articles, videos, before each meeting

-          Presentation of work during the meetings

-          Evaluation of the teachers after each meeting.

1 .- Planning: We will sign a participation contract with each student, will consider a schedule of work for two hours  with students, scheduling individual and  group.

2 .- Implementation: Comenius Teachers prepare different tasks for different participants depending on their abilities and needs. The staff of all schools are involved in the project. The project outline will be written in a journal.

3 .- Evaluation: once or twice a month meetings will be assessed. The progress and quality of student work will be monitored. With the help of questionnaires all students and teachers will be supervised. Will on-line contacts (video conferencing, e-mails) for evaluations. Local media (newspapers, radio) will have information about the project and the products resulting from this. All articles and publications will be collected and evaluated.


                We will try to publicize the results, experiences and products through the project website, the websites of the schools, local newspapers, school newspapers, radio, exhibitions. This project may lead to new ones based on the improvement of European citizenship.
