The PCG education team has the expertise, capacity, and scale to help educators improve their decision making processes and achieve measurable results in the areas of education analytics, school accountability and supervision, and student success planning. PCG aims to be a leading provider of consulting services that combine management best practices with analytics and innovative technology to clients in Poland and throughout the European Union. PCG takes a long-term approach towards building business and developing a network of partners with similar interests in expanding educational capacity and improving outcomes for students. 

William Mosakowski, PCG

Bill Mosakowski founded PCG in 1986, combining his entrepreneurial business interests with a growing expertise in public sector fiscal and operational management. The firm quickly grew from a three-person operation to a highly successful company with nearly 800 professionals in 31 offices around the U.S., Canada, and Poland. As president and CEO, Bill Mosakowski oversees day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the firm. He holds a BA in political science from Clark University and currently serves as chairman of the Clark University Board of Trustees.   

Colleen Burns, PCG

 
Colleen Burns is a senior-level consulting executive at Public Consulting Group.  Her areas of expertise include the development and implementation of educational data systems, the development of business and systems requirements, strategic goal setting and school improvement planning, professional development and training, and change management.  She also has experience conducting educational data inventories and audits, developing indicator systems for students at-risk for early leaving, and developing strategies for data sharing across government agencies and systems. Colleen Burns earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College; a Master of Business Administration from Yale University; and a Master of Education from Harvard University.

David Ronka, PCG

 
David Ronka designs and delivers professional development for school leaders helping them use data to improve student outcomes, implements educational data management systems for school districts, and helps schools design informative and useful data reports.  David Ronka earned his Master of Education from Harvard and is a Teaching Fellow for Harvard’s Data Wise summer institute, working with educators around the world to help them make better use of their data. Relevant Publications: Contributing author of Data Wise in Action: Stories of Schools Using Data to Improve Teaching and Learning (Boudett & Steele, 2007); Co-author of Answering the Questions that Count, Education Leadership (Ronka, et al., 2008).

Christen Hunter, PCG

Christen Hunter has 14 years of experience working with public sector clients to implement technology solutions. Christen Hunter designs and implements IT solutions to help schools manage data and streamline administrative processes to support school leaders, teachers, and students. She has expertise working on projects in the areas of special education, instructional interventions, individualized learning plans, professional development, and using data to student performance and improve instruction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.

Małgorzata Marciniak, PCG

Małgorzata Marciniak manages projects, provides consultancy and delivers professional development trainings to educators. She has managerial experience in international educational projects gained in Europe and in the US. The areas of her specialization include improvement planning and change management for educational institutions. She is pursuing her PhD on using data for improving school and student performance. She holds a Master of Arts in English Philology from University of Lodz in Poland. She also studied Intercultural Communication at the University of Tampere in Finland and Project Management at Harvard University. She holds a Project Management Professional certificate.  

Aleksandra Mastalerz, PCG

Aleksandra Mastalerz is responsible for organizational and administrative matters as well as financing of the projects undertaken by PCG Poland in cooperation with both foreign and domestic partners. She gained her experience in areas of trainings coordination, leading a team of IT developers and developing information systems operating in an e-environment. She graduated from Business and Technology specialization, International Faculty of Engineering at the Technical University of Lodz. She defended her M.Sc. degree deeply analyzing e-learning solutions and Learning Management Systems. Moreover,  she studied at Copenhagen University College of Engineering, where she was working with the international team of students under the program of European Project Semester.
