This is a page with some info on combi steam also known as Convection Steam Ovens. For now, I have added a page with links to recipe boos and use and care guides from different manufacturers.
I have also added a page that should make it easier for someone to understand what settings to use on their Wolf or Thermador Combi or other one to approximate setting in a Gaggenau - since many of the manufacturers uses different naming for similar settings.
