Conditioning is a cornerstone of our team. Players who choose to commit to this team will be given a workout schedule for the spring and summer complete with goals to meet along the way. We’ll be there to support each team member and there will be a few optional team workouts during the summer. Come August, we’ll go to four practices a week – Tuesday track workouts, Thursday throwing workouts, and two traditional 3-4 hour weekend practices.
