Welcome to the Colombia Mission Network!

In the Colombia Mission Network, individuals, congregations, presbyteries, the Presbyterian Church (USA), the Iglesia Presbiteriana de Colombia, and related organizations join together in their passion for mutual mission, which manifests itself in the proclamation of a holistic gospel through human development, human rights, advocacy, and empowerment of the most powerless, as Christ calls us to do.

Our two denominations have been closely connected since the establishment of the Iglesia Presbiteriana de Colombia (IPC) in 1856, advancing the IPC's mission of evangelism, service, and education. Today the IPC continues to witness faithfully in a society which struggles with the legacy of several decades of armed conflict and the victims it has created, including nearly five million people who have been forcibly displaced from their homes. In the midst of this, the IPC announces Christ's good news of abundant life for all, continuing its strong educational tradition, serving the displaced and others in need, and promoting peaceful alternatives for life together in Colombia and in the world.

The Colombia Mission Network is a community that provides a space to communicate about, coordinate, and build relationships that enhance these different mission efforts.
