Exercise make blood flow  good. So it helps to push the nutrients and other necessary ingredients to various parts of our body. There are many ways to increase the blood flow to the colitis infected parts.


Walking for at least 40 minutes to an hour is helpful. If possible go for some yoga class. Before going for yoga or any other excersise other than walk, go for some worm-up routine given in figure. Spend at least 10 minutes on this.
