to aid those who need a flexible approach to a high school education. AHS provides
correspondence courses needed for students to complete from one to four years of high school
course work leading to a high school diploma. Students from all over the world are enrolled in the
AHS program.
In 2004, the staff of AHS began the development of a new online program, launched in 2005.
Ashworth High School Online provides a college-preparatory diploma program, general diploma
program, and single courses from both programs for high school students in a virtual setting.
