Do You have an Email Id ?

A jobless man applied for the position of "office boy" at MNC. The HR manager interviewed him then watched him cleaning the floor as a test. "You are employed."

He said."Give me your e-mail address and I'll send you the application to fill in, as well as date when you may start."

The man replied "But I don't have a computer, neither an email."

I'm sorry", said the HR manager,"If you don't have an email, that means you do not exist. And who doesn't exist, cannot have the job."

The man left with no hope at all. He didn't know what to do, with only $10 in his pocket. He then decided to go to the supermarket and buy 10Kg tomato crate.

He then sold the tomatoes in a door to door round. In less than two hours, he succeeded to double his capital. He repeated the Operation three times, and returned home with $60. The man realized that he can survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and return late Thus, his money doubled or tripled every day. Shortly, he bought a cart, then a truck, then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.

5 years later, the man is one of the biggest food retailers in the US.He started to plan his family's future, and decided to have a life insurance.

He called an insurance broker, and chose a protection plan. When the conversation was concluded, the broker asked him his email.

The man replied, "I don't have an email". The broker answered curiously, "You don't have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Can you imagine what you could have been if you had an email?!!"

The man thought for a while and replied, " Yes, I'd be an office boy at some MNC"

Moral of the story:
M1 - Internet is not the solution to your life.
M2 - If you don't have internet, and work hard, you can be a millionaire.
M3 - If you received this message by email, you are closer to being an office boy, than a millionaire..........

Smiling after reading this is not mandatory !!!!

Nice Thought

Nice Thought, Wanted to share with you....

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor.

Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eying each other's cups. Now if life is coffee, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it."

So, don't let the cups drive you... enjoy the coffee instead

Paradigm Shift

Three things are required to improve one self. They are Knowledge, Skill and Attitude.

Knowledge is simply knowing what to do, skill is simply knowing how to do, and attitude simply is wanting to do.

Out of the three the biggest impact comes from developing the right attitude. Our attitudes are influenced by our past experiences and more so beliefs. The greatest change in attitude takes place when we experience a Paradigm shift.

Paradigm shift is simply an occurrence and the only way is to experience it. It is simply thinking from another point of view and accepting that there could be many points of view on the same issue.

Here is a story to illustrate. What you experience when you finish reading is Paradigm shift.

Imagine you are in Heathrow Airport.

While you're waiting for your flight, you notice a kiosk selling cookies.

You buy a box, put them in your traveling bag.

You patiently search for an available seat so you can sit down and enjoy your cookies.

Finally you find a seat next to a gentleman. You reach down into your traveling bag and pull out your box of cookies.

As you do so, you notice that the gentleman starts watching you intensely. He stares as you open the box and his eyes follow your hand as you pick up the cookie and bring it to your mouth.

Just then he reaches over and takes one of your cookies from the box, and eats it!

You're more than a little surprised at this.. Actually, you are at a loss for words Not only does he take one cookie, but he alternates with you. For every cookie you take, he takes one.

Now, what's your immediate impression of this guy?

Crazy? Greedy? He's got some nerve?!

Meanwhile you both continue eating the cookies until there is just one left. To your surprise, the man reaches over and takes it.

But then he does something unexpected. He breaks it in half, and gives half to you.

After he's finished with his half he gets up, and without a word, he leaves.

You think to yourself, "Did this really happen?"

You're left sitting there dumbfounded and still hungry.. So you go back to the kiosk and buy another box of cookies.
You then return to your seat and begin opening your new box of cookies at that time you glance down into your traveling bag.

Sitting there in your bag is your original box of cookies - still unopened.

Only then do you realize that when you reached down earlier, you had reached into the other man's bag, and grabbed his box of cookies by mistake.

Now what do you think of the man?
Generous? Tolerant?

You've just experienced a profound paradigm shift. You're seeing things from a new point of view.

Now, think of this story as it relates to your life.

Seeing things from a new point of view can be very enlightening.

Is it time to change your point of view?

Think outside the box. Be open to suggestions.
Things may not always be what they appear to be.

No matter, where you are ...!!

An old man lived alone in Minnesota. He wanted to spade his potato garden, but it was very hard work. His only son, who would have helped him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and mentioned his situation:

Dear Son,

I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won't be able to plant my potato garden this year. I hate to miss doing the garden, because your mother always loved planting time. I'm just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. If you were here, all my troubles would be over. I know you would dig the plot for me, if you weren't in prison.

With Love,
Dad

Shortly, the old man received this telegram: "For Heaven's sake, Dad, don't dig up the garden!! That's where I buried the GUNS!!"

At 4 a.m.. the next morning, a dozen FBI agents and local police officers showed up and dug up the entire garden without finding any guns. Confused, the old man wrote another note to his son telling him what happened, and asked him what to do next.

His son's reply was: "Go ahead and plant your potatoes, Dad... It's the best I could do for you from here."

Moral:
"NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE WORLD, IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING DEEP FROM YOUR HEART YOU CAN DO IT. IT IS THE THOUGHT"
