"As a young child of 7, I came to realize I was a sinner in need of the Savior.  One night during prayer meeting, I responded to the invitation to receive Christ as my Savior.  My life with Christ had begun, but was not without a few bumps in the road.  During my teens I tested my Father's boundaries but the Lord did not leave me in my rebellious condition.  He helped me to turn from those things that were not pleasing to Him.  I am now experiencing a continual out-pouring of His grace and love even through the storms of life and the desert.  His faithfulness overwhelms me at times.  My desire is to "know Him and the power of His resurrection" yes, and even, "the fellowship of His sufferings."  (Philippians 3:10)
Favorite Bible Verse:  John 3:30  "He must increase, but I must decrease."

"I asked Christ to be my Savior as a youth at a summer church camp. I was raised in a Christian home, and this decision came fairly easily. I went through some defiant times in my life when I moved away from home, but God was always faithful and waited for me to come back. I am in His word more than ever in this season of my life. God has blessed me with different opportunities to share His truth with the youth in my church. This is my desire. I hold on to the hope from this verse.
Favorite Bible Verse:  Habakkuk:  "Look at the nations and watch--and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your day that you             would not believe, even if you were told."

"I grew up blessed in a Christian home.  I always believed in Jesus but our church was hesitant to baptize children and I was taught that someday God would place a call in me to make the commitment to follow Him.  So at about age 15 I felt completely convicted to give my life over to God.  It wasn't really any change in my life - I was a believer ever since I could remember - it was just that at that point in time I said, 'Here is my life God; it's your forever.'  I've had ups and downs in my walk since then but have always felt God right there with me all the time.
Favorite Bible Verse:  John 5:44 - "How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from             the one and only God?"

"I was raised in a Christian home so I grew up knowing about God and how He sent His Son Jesus to earth and how He made a way for me to have forgiveness and eternal life.  When I was 12 I made the choice to ask God to forgive me and invited Him to be the one who directed my life.  I am now in the process (a process that never ends) of learning to walk with God and learning to hear His quiet voice.  I had to learn to allow the difficult things that happened in my life to teach me to trust Him.  I also had to learn that His love for me doesn't depend on how good I am or how much I do for Him.  Now I understand that as His child, He not only loves me, but He likes me, and that makes me want to bring glory to Him in everything I do.
Favorite Bible Verse:  "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made                     known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."  Philippians         4:6-7 NKJ

"I was sent to a Christian school for 2nd grade and it was there that I realized I had a missing piece to my heart. After a morning chapel service, I spoke with our principal who explained Salvation by holding out a penny. He asked if I wanted it. I saw penny candy and said yes. He gave me the penny and explained that having Christ in my life was just as simple. I asked Christ into my life that day and ever since it's been a walk of

"When I was 21 years old, I realized that I hated myself.  I cried out to God for help; He reached down from Heaven, pulled me into His arms and showered His Grace, Mercy and Love down on me.  He brought me to the realization that I could not save myself from that sin and that I needed a Savior.  At that point, I Confessed my sin and asked Christ to come into my life, forgive me for my sin and be my Savior.  And He did!  I am now forgiven and free; free to come into the presence of God through my personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Oh what a blessed day!
Favorite Bible Verse:  Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge             Him and He will direct your path."
