The Detroit Pistons  retired Rip Hamilton's #32 jersey on Sunday Feb. 26 at a game against Boston. Rip is all over the all-time Pistons record book. He ranks 10th in games (631), seventh in minutes (21,679), sixth in field goals made (4,352), seventh in three-pointers made (413), sixth in free throws made (2,465), seventh in assists (2,419) and fifth in free-throw percentage (84.9). He is a '96 Coatesville grad where he scored 1592 points in 84 games and was inducted into the Coatesville High School Sports Hall of fame in 2001.
