 Moroccan Style Cranberry Sauce

Serves 4
Vegan, Gluten Free


1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup mixed dried fruits such as raisins, dates and apricots
1/2 cup water


1. Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover; simmer 30 minutes.
