Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (for gluten free diet be sure to use gluten free oats)
1/2 cup vanilla un-sweet non-dairy milk
1/2 cup Mint Chocolate coconut milk (plus extra for topping at finish)
1/2 tbsp agave (or local honey for non-vegan)
Dash of coarse sea salt
Dash of cinnamon
5 vegan chocolate chips (or regular semi-sweet for non vegan)

Directions

1. Mix oats through cinnamon in a small sauce pot. Bring to a boil over medium high heat - reduce heat and cook about 5 to 6 minutes or until desired thickness.

2. Spoon into a bowl and top with extra mint chocolate coconut milk and chocolate chips.
