L.E.A.P Speaker, John Delaney, Sr. District Court Judge

Senior District John Delaney of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (L.E.A.P)
sent this Video for us. His Itinerary didn't allow him to be with us for the meeting,
but please watch & listen to this Video he Sent, speaking to Us.

                                                                                                                             Judge John Delaney's Bio:
John is a retired Texas district court judge who now serves as a visiting judge.
 He is currently on long-term assignment to handle all child abuse cases for Brazos County. 
When not judging cases John works as a mediator and arbitrator. 
Born and raised in Houston, John was educated at Princeton University 
and the University of Texas School of Law. 
He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as an officer on an amphibious ship. 
John is a volunteer mediator and instructor at Brazos County’s “Dispute Resolution Center,”
 a teacher of an adult Sunday School class at First Methodist Church of Bryan
 and chair of the “Group Study Exchange” program for Rotary District  5910.
 A member of the Bryan Rotary Club since 1992, he was selected to be Team Leader 
of the district’s exchange team that traveled for a month in Argentina during 2009. 
After almost 30 years in the justice system, John has come to believe that the “War on Drugs”
 causes more harm than good, and needs to be reconsidered.
 He is a frequent speaker on that subject. 
John and his wife, Jeanne, are the parents of four grown children, and have four grandchildren.
