CMU Astrostatistics group is an interdisciplinary research group at Carnegie Mellon University that consists of statisticians, astronomers, and computer scientists. CMU Astrostatistics group was formerly called the International Computational Astrostatistics (InCA). Our group focuses on applying novel statistical methods to solve contemporary challenges in astronomy. We are in partnership with the McWilliams Center for Cosmology and the department of Physics and Astronomy at University of Pittsburgh.
