IPS WEB UPDATION PROCEDURE

 

 Delivery details of all foreign registered parcels, reistered letters

 speed post articles is to be updated on the net.

 

 Log on to following site:

 

 http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipsweb

 

 

  Username: in(your office pincode)

  Password: as communicated to your office

 

 

  Select EMS, Letters or parcel (category of which you have to upload the status)

 

 

In Inbound use the option "Record final delivery" for updating the status.

In case where article has been refused, use the option "record unsuccessful delivery"

 

Therein give the details

Identifier: Bar code No.

Date and time of delivery

Signatory: Addresee

Location: Your office name

 

Click on Add and then on store button.

 

 

To check the number of articles of which status is to be updated against your office

go to the page

or

 

In Files select "undelivered international mail 01/04/10 to 21/04/10"

Therein type CTRL + F and type your Pincode number and view articles under your office.
