Shredded Romaine in a Korean Sesame Vinaigrette from Closet Cooking

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 lime (juice)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
1/2 head romaine lettuce (shredded)
