Roast Pork and Peameal Bacon Sandwich from Closet Cooking
(makes 1 sandwich)

Ingredients:
1 bun (sliced in half)
2 slices leftover roast pork (warmed if you like)
2 slices peameal bacon (sometimes called Canadian bacon, fried)
2 slices swiss cheese
3 long slices of pickle
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
