  • 2 slices peameal bacon or Canadian bacon or strips of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 slices bread, lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons maple caramelized onions
  1. Fry the peameal bacon until cooked and set aside.
  2. Fry the egg in the pan.
  3. Mix the mustard and maple syrup.
  4. Assemble sandwich and enjoy.
