Guinness Chocolate Syrup from Closet Cooking

Homemade chocolate syrup made with Guinness which brings out and enhances the chocolaty flavour of the syrup!

  • 1 cup Guinness
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  1. Bring everything to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer to thicken, about 5 minutes.
  2. Let cool and enjoy!
