  • 1/2 cup avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pita, lightly toasted
  • 1 egg, fried
  • 1 strip bacon, cut into 1 inch sliced, fried and draind (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon queso fresco, crumbled (optional)
  1. Mix the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper, spread it on the toasted pita and top with fried egg and other toppings.
