Property Management People, Inc. (PMP) provides direct debit electronic payment to all unit owners. If you are interested in using this service, please complete the Authorization Agreement For Direct Payments (ACH Debits), and return the form to PMP attention: Association Accounting. Please ask your bank for its Routing Number -- or send a voided check -- to ensure the accuracy of the transaction. If you already utilize this service, you will not receive a coupon booklet and we will continue to direct debit your account (new fee) on the 5th business day of each month.
