Pool Application and Rules
Pool Applications must be returned by May 1, 2017 to allow time to process passes/stickers for opening day. Applications received after the May 1st deadline, may not be available for pickup at the pool on opening day and may be mailed to the owner. All Applications received after opening day, May 27th, will be mailed to the owner of record.

The 2017 Pool Season runs from Saturday, May 27th to Monday, September 4th. Pool Hours are Monday-Sunday 10 am - 8 pm; School day hours are 3 pm - 8 pm. Questions regarding your pool pass? Please call Pamela Webber at 301-963-3337 or via email at pamela.mw@pmpbiz.com. Review the pool rules

Bulk Trash Reminder

Only garbage in trash bags will be collected on our scheduled trash collection days. Do not leave bulk items for trash pick up. Removal of bulk items costs the Association because the Association is billed per bulk item pick up. Please report anyone dumping bulk items to the Community Management (description and address of person, date, time, and location of event). Your report will remain confidential.

Montgomery County residents should dispose of bulk trash (usually at no charge) at the Solid Waste Transfer Station (16101 Frederick Road, Derwood, MD 20855). The Transfer Station is open Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and loads of trash under 500 pounds can be disposed of at no charge.
