UNDER 14 HURLING
Disappointment for our U/14 Hurlers who were defeated by Moyne - Templetouhy in last Saturday's County Final. It was a game where big scores were going to be decisive and hard as we tried we could not get that vital goal whilst our opponents managed two. We never stopped pressing forward but in the end we had to succumb to very deserving winners and congratulations to Moyne- Templetouhy on their victory. Our lads can be very proud of their achievements in 2014, two South titles and a County title, and the enjoyment they have given us has been tremendous. They are a credit to themselves , Their families, their coaches and to our club and well done all on a great year.

SENIOR FOOTBALL
Tuesday evening 23/9/2014 sees us travel to Ballyporeen to face Moyle Rovers in the quarter final of the South Senior Football Championship. This is a tough task for our lads against one of the aristocrats of Tipperary football but all we can demand is that we give it everything that we have and see where that takes us. Best of luck to the lads.

Lotto Results Monday 15th September
Numbers drawn 02, 06, 17, 22. We had no jackpot winner but well done to the four Match 3s who win €50 each.

The u/8 boys recently hosted Ardfinnan and some great football played by both sides, a credit to all coaches and a big thanks to everybody involved in catering another great job.

The U/10 hurlers travelled to the famed Na Piarsaigh club in Limerick on Sun 14th and they brilliantly acquitted themselves. Credit to all the players, the parents and supporters who travelled, seeing them awarded with gold medals for their trouble after narrowly defeating Parteen in their final game of the day. Well done boys!
