Dr. Harding is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience working in a variety of government and non-government community health and hospital settings. He provides assessment and treatment for both children and adults experiencing a variety of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, behavioural problems as well as the spectrum of trauma-related psychological problems.

Dr. Harding has been involved in the establishment of mood disorder and specialized trauma-related treatment programs at a number of hospitals and consults to the world's largest disaster management company. He has been deployed to various major international disasters. He has also worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at a high severity and secure adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit.

Dr Harding held the position of Clinical Senior Lecturer, Discipline of Psychiatry, Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney. He currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology, at Charles Sturt University. He also continues to have a private practice. 

Dr. Harding has provided clinical supervision to various government departments including the NSW Department of Health and the NSW Department of Corrective Services. He has also been a consultant clinician to both the Family Court of Australia and the NSW Children’s Court Clinic. 

Dr. Harding has been an Honorary Clinical Supervisor at the University of Sydney, Macquarie University and the University of Western Sydney. He has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and obtained a PhD from the Western Sydney University School of Medicine, where he was the first post-graduate student in a new medical school, and recipient of the school's first post-graduate scholarship.
