The header had an animated background which contained no images, created entirely in CSS! The screenshots at left capture the first and last frames, showing it at both extremes. Imagine the layers (translucent green) gliding in and out from the top to the bottom positions. The page background's brick pattern was also created purely in CSS!

Custom logo, slogan / tagline, graphic theme, website and business card design, created for a drone photography and video business in 2017.

This website had a video background of actual drone footage shot by the website/business owner, which couldn't have been a better advertisement! The screenshot at left shows a frame of the video playing in the background, and the semi-translucent logo and text overlaying the header portion of the main page. The logo and text was kept light enough to not obscure one's view of the beautiful aerial footage shot over western Sarnia, Ontario.

Hopefully a video showing this website's header in action will be posted on YouTube one of these days (in the not-too-distant future), so that this highly effective website may be seen and fully appreciated. Keep watching for that!

Original logo design, with the client's initials forming the shape of a bookmark (clever, yes?) and incorporating a horse, since this author was quite the equestrian at one time, and talks about his experiences with the animals in his incredible true life-and-death story!

In his book, Philip Watling also describes his near-death accident experience, including being rescued and air-lifted via a HEMS helicopter to a hospital in London, England... hence, the helicopter image underneath his name in the composite image at right.
