sent to League) are to be completed by Home Team

It is important that the Home Team completes an online

Match Result Form quickly after a match has been played.

This form will be used to update the league tables on a weekly basis.

Please complete this form within

3 days of playing a match.

After completing all fields, click the "Submit" button.

You should see a brief confirmation that your result has been registered.
