Deed Restriction & Bylaws Revisions

Look for us and sign your name May 23rd between 5pm - 7pm at the Benham Mailboxes

Our Bylaws, rules which govern the Maintenance Corporation’s proceedings, are
outdated and impractical.

The Declaration of Restrictions is in serious need of revision because the original was
specifically intended to protect the builder. Deed Restrictions, as they’re commonly
known, should be there to protect the value of the homeowner’s property.
With this goal in mind, we are proposing some significant changes to the Deed
Restrictions.

Please join us in this effort on Wednesday, May 23 anytime between 5:00 and 7:00
p.m.
at the Benham Court mailboxes to sign the original documents in the presence of
a notary. (All signatures, including both owners of jointly-held property, must be on the
same document, which makes this effort a bit of a challenge!) We also hope you will
linger a little while for refreshment and a bit of socializing with your neighbors and board
members.
