The Support Approach (blue portion of pyramid) includes
supportive routines and daily interactions that engage students to learn.

The supportive strategies include how educators connect and show interest in students, communication with students (verbal, non-verbal communication, physical proximity), and differentiating content, process and products to meet student’s individual needs.
