Standard Mods
Mods that weren't commissioned by anyone, and don't have videos related to them.
Min Min
Min Min from ARMS, ported to replace the Heavy's playermodel.
Hands not included, as you'd be wearing a gloves melee weapon ideally when playing with this mod for the authentic ARMS experience.
Leg Man IV: The Angel of Busted Kneecaps
Yet another Leg Man mod. Replaces the Medic player model. The head hitbox is where the halo is, as a visual guide to headshot.
Boo
A cosmetic for all classes. Replaces the Dead Little Buddy with a Boo.
Pyro model is different (featuring a shy boo). Models are ported from
Super Mario Galaxy and New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
Butterfly Spoon
Originating from a conversation between @welegi_ and @franch_friess, a mod for the stock Butterfly Knife.
Comes with special melee-taunt voice lines (provided by Pap themselves).
Pyro: Removed
After a bout of controversy related to Pyro in the middle of the month, I decided "screw it, I'm removing pyro".
They have been replaced with the Spy-ctator. He is a spy holding the camera from the Heavy Tourism.
Class stats:
- 50 max HP
- Only weapon is an invisible Fire Axe that does zero damage
Stats will only work on singleplayer servers (Offline with Bots for example).
It is not recommended for multiplayer servers in case of the CTX files still meaning you
can't select Pyro primary weapons.
Swish Effect (Kukri)
A mod for the stock Kukri. Adds a swish effect, done through jigglebones.
(The HLMV render shows me testing the bones as well as the swish effect in action.)

The Sniper Rifle
A mod for the Sniper Rifle and the Classic. There is no meme. It is just a Sniper Rifle.
(The joke is that the mod is a small sniper holding a smaller rifle. Laugh.)

A mod for the Spy-cicle and its respective backstab effect. Based on the "realistic-looking object that is actually a really well-decorated cake" meme.

Nagito Komaeda's Hair
Nagito Komaeda (from Danganronpa)'s hair (source unknown), for the Scout. Replaces the Milkman. Commissioned by @nagito_komaeda1 on Twitter. (They change their name frequently, so the @ is outdated.)
Diamond Wrench
An inside joke comes to fruition with this mod. Replaces the default Wrench's texture and material. Commissioned by @CoolstuffTF2 on Twitter.
Australium Wrap Assassin
Done as a commission for @JacobTheScout_ on Twitter. I tried making the Australium look like gold foil (a la tin foil but gold).

The Classachina
A relatively old mod (circa December 2018) that I got reminded of recently. I decided to make it downloadable.
War Paint Fire Axe
I revisited the War-Paintability Pack by making a Fire Axe mod.
Replaces the Back Scratcher, and supports all War Paints.
