* Secure Access Instructions

The CLHOA and Resident Resources sections are secure and are only available to Clary Lakes residents. If you are a resident and need access, please follow the steps below. You can also download the attachment below which includes the same instructions.

  1. If you are an existing Clary Lakes resident, you should have received an email from the “Clary Lakes Communications” google group saying that you have been added to the group. Please make note of the email address at which you received that email. That is the email address that has been granted access to the secure areas of the Clary Lakes website. Please continue to step 3.

  2. If you are a new resident, please fill out the Clary Lakes Resident Information Change form. Wait until you receive the email noted in step 1 above and follow through with that step.
  3. Scroll down to the VERY bottom of this page and click on the leftmost "Sign In" link. This link is available at the bottom of every page at www.clarylakeseastcobb.com website.

  4. If your computer is already logged into a different Google account that has not been granted access, please log out of it.
  5. If the email address that has been granted access is a gmail.com address, please log in as normal and you will have immediate access to the secure areas of the site.

  6. If the email address that has been granted access is NOT a gmail.com address don't worry...you will not have to create a gmail.com address, but you will need to create a Google Account using that non gmail.com email address.

  7. Please do the following to set up an account using the email address that has been granted access:

    a) From the login window, click “Create an account”

          b) Fill out the form but instead of entering a gmail.com address, please click “I prefer to use my current email address”.


        c) Once you click that link, enter the email address that has been granted access and complete the rest of the form.

        d) Follow the instructions. Before your account is created, it is important that you check your email and confirm receipt of an email that Google sends to you.

        e) At that point, you can go back to Step #3 above and log in using this new account information you've just set up.

If you have any questions, please click on "Contact Webmaster" on the left hand side of the page to send an email with your question(s).

NOTE: Once you've gained access, you'll see the "Message Board" link under "Resident Resources". If you would would like to be a part of the Clary Lakes Message Board, you'll want to click on that link and request access. Once you've been granted access, it's important you set your email preferences for that group. You can receive an email for every post and reply, you can set it up to send you a daily digest, or you can prefer no email so you would have to go to the Message Board link in order to see posts/replies.
