Go Green on the Green, Sunday, May 1st: Noon-7pm

Join Clark University Eco-Reps for a (slightly belated) Earth Day Celebration!

4 Bands, a Slack Line, Solar-Cooked Pizzas, bike races, and MORE! and best of all... it's FREE

Free E-Waste Recycling Collection: Working or non-working laptops, computer monitors, computers, CPU boxes, all computer parts and accessories, keyboards, mice, speakers, video games and systems, camera/video/audio equipment, fax/copy machines, printers, wires, plugs, drives, cards, servers. Please Note: unfortunately televisions and projectors will not be accepted

Ever wanted to learn more about Clark's Co-Generation Plant? Here's your chance! We'll be offering tours throughout the early afternoon!

Bring Money to Go Green on the Green to buy stickers which represent carbon offsets you can buy for your laptop!

Go Green on the Green Schedule of Events: 

12pm - Tabling and Mini Events Begin (see Participating Clubs and Organizations)

    - Includes: Huck a Huffy (throwing a bike basically), Hug-A-Tree Pictures (go to Eco-Reps table on the Green), Solar-Cooked Pizzas (in Red Square), a Slack Line, Recycling Games, a Knitting Circle, E-Waste Collection (grass between Red Square and the UC), a Book Drive (collection at Eco-Reps table in Red Square), CD Recycling Collection (case and cd are both recyclable; collection at Eco-Reps table in Red Square), and more!!!

12:15pm - Cogeneration Plant Tours Begin (leave from Eco-Reps table in Red Square)

1:30pm - RAWR Water Fight (with proceeds to charity) (between Atwood and the Library)

1:35pm - MUSIC KICKOFF featuring special host DJ A-Smooth

2:00pm - Cycles of Change Slow BIke Race begins (meet in Red Square)

2:20pm - Wrighteous L 

2:30pm - SASA Holi Festival (featuring paint and water guns!) (between Atwood and the Library)

3:15pm - Final cogeneration plant tour departs Eco-Reps table in Red Square

3:30pm - Tabling and mini-events end. Eco-Reps tables remain in both Red Square and the green; band merchandise table remains 

    - Book Drive collection and CD Recycling Collection remains, E-Waste collection ends

    - Remaining solar-cooked pizzas will be held in Red Square until 4:00pm, they will be given away after 4:00pm

3:30pm - Clark Community Thrift Store Relay Race begins (meet in Red Square)

3:30pm - The Great Whiskey Rebellion 

4:00pm - Eco-Reps table in Red Square ends, Eco-Reps table on the green remains

       - Remaining solar-cooked pizzas given away

       - Book Drive and CD Recycling collection moves to Eco-Reps table on the green

4:40pm - Big Tree

6:00pm - Melodeego
