Soft-stretch Head Cover replacing Spray Sock Balaclava, White, Open-face Design, 6 Pack
The Vitaflex Hood is a soft-stretch head cover with superior barrier functionality. Due to the nature of our triple-layer construction, virtually no airborne splash or spray can get through to the user's scalp, face, or neck. It also effectively reduces sun overexposure and wind-chill for people who usually work outdoors for extended periods. Vitaflex Hoods, by providing primary facial protection, can be worn independently, over a mask, or in conjunction with a respirator. VitaFlex soft-stretch hood can be utilized anywhere there is a need for protection from dust, dirt, soot, debris, grease, mud, liquid splashes, and paint or chemical overspray. It has been enthusiastically embraced by Painters, Foam Spray Insulators, Batting and Blown-In Insulators, Pest Control Companies, Powder Coaters, Chimney Sweeps, Metal Recyclers, Shotcrete and Gunite Workers, Sandblasters, Bio Labs, Food Processors, Grain Elevators, Malt Houses, and many others. The barrier superiority of the soft-stretch hood comes from the ultrafine fiber openings of the triple-layer structure, the comfort-stretch elasticity, and the water-repellent characteristics of the polypropylene (PP) fibers it is made from. The resistance to airflow through the fabric is virtually nonexistent. The open-face design has the versatility of covering nose, mouth, or chin. The white color is commonly used by professionals in working indoors. The hood is not for replacing a mask if required by OSHA. Not FDA or NIOSH rated. Not for blocking toxic or bio-hazard gases, fumes, or vapors. Not for blocking pressurized liquid and particles. Not to be used near flames or in an environment of above 200 ?F.

Offensive nail. Each board has one! These nails stick ever so slightly and keep my new boards from sitting flush. I have to tap them in.

In this revised and updated third edition, Carver continues to debunk the entrenched beliefs and habits that hobble boards and to replace them with his innovative approach to effective governance. This proven model offers an empowering and fundamental redesign of the board role and emphasizes values, vision, empowerment of both the board and staff, and strategic ability to lead leaders. Policy Governance gives board members and staff a new approach to board job design, board-staff relationships, the role of the chief executive, performance monitoring, and virtually every aspect of the board-management relationship. This latest edition has been updated and expanded to include explanatory diagrams that have been used by thousands of Carver's seminar participants. It also contains illustrative examples of Policy Governance model policies that have been created by real-world organizations. In addition, this third edition of Boards That Make a Difference includes a new chapter on model criticisms and the challenges of governance research.
