![]() Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews and almonds 1 cup pitted Medjool dates 1/2 cup Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder pinch sea salt Sprinkle (or as many as you like) Cacao Nibs- I used Scharffen Berger Nibs **Optional ingredient: Pure vanilla extract (I used 2 teaspoons) Steps: 1) Grind nuts in a food processor or high powered blender until a coarse “flour” is formed 2) Add dates, cacao powder, salt & vanilla to “flour” mix. Process again until a moist dough is formed. (it should be able to stick together if pressed between your fingers) 3) Pour brownie batter into a bowl or pan and sprinkle with cacao nibs 4) Roll bites into small balls |
