The Citrus Belt Speech Region (CBSR) is the local competitive forensics league for the Inland Empire that is sanctioned by the California High School Speech Association (CHSSA).

CBSR serves all schools in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as well as Los Angeles county east of the 57 Freeway, and offers a full schedule of competitive tournaments in all events approved by the California High School Speech Association.
