Island Reserve: Very Brown IPA
Bottle image coming soon....

Very Brown is a, well, very brown india pale.  This tawny-hipped, rocky-headed ale flirts with whirling dank hop aroma, cocoa, and toffee.  A medium-light body progressively delivers piney hop bitterness and orange hiding behind the curtain of bittersweet chocolate.  This beer is seriously dry.  If you want the assertive hop aroma in this beer you need to drink it right away.  Do not age hoppy beers and hope to find beautiful hop character in them.  There are a lot of hops in this beer, please drink it young.  If somehow it slips your mind and you find an old bottle in your cellar the malt character will shine through the muted hoppiness. The Grey Lady

Named for the often foggy island where it is brewed. This wheat beer is fermented with Belgian yeast and brewed with fresh fruit and spices. A unique ale that emits a complex, earthy nose and a soft, mid-palate maltiness with hints of tropical fruit. Dry and spicy.

Pumple Drumkin

Our Pumple Drumkin Ale is a fall favorite on the island. A deep orange hue and a subtle pie aroma meet a robust malt character in this ale which, true to its seasonal reveling, tastes like toasted pie crust in your mouth. It will finish clean and dry on the palate and leave you wishing that every day could be autumn on Nantucket!
