Now happy in his new home

Timmy is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who, along with his 3 companions, came under the care of Cinque Ports Rescue when his owner became terminally ill. Timmy was placed into a foster home where he settled happily with the resident dogs whilst he was accessed and neutered. Timmy has now been rehomed with a lovely local couple who had recently lost their previous dog to old age. We receive regular updates on Timmy's new adventures and we wish him and his new owners a very happy life together.
We are so pleased to receive regular updates that (with Timmy's permission) we have added the most recent letter to Timmy's page...
My husband and myself were so lucky to be put in touch by our vet with Eileen from Cinque Ports Rescue. We were looking for a dog as we had just lost are little girl after 16yrs but felt time was right  to adopt a new family member. After speaking to us, visiting are home and making sure we would be suitable parents, we met Timmy a 7 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
We fell in love with him and he came to live with us and has brought such joy back in are life.  He is a bundle of mischief and so full of love. He loves playing with his soft squeeky toys and ball. He already has several new doggie mates and lots of new relatives who fall for his good looks and winning ways! We cant imagine life with out him and its all thanks to the wonderfull work Eileen does. Timmy came to us micro-chipped, spade, wormed etc. aswell as a new lead and collar.
At time of writting this Timmy is curled up on his cushion his nose on my foot. He does snore a little and takes up all the best parts of the bed at night. He has two baskets upstairs and down, but why use them when its so much better to be with dad and mum.
Know that our little Timmy and our selfs say a huge thank you to Eileen and her rescue work.
