Stone Crab Claw sauce

Stone Crab Claw Sauce

serves four

  • 3 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon A-1 sauce
  • 1/8 cup light cream or half and half
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Beat the dry mustard and mayonnaise together for one minute. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until everything has a creamy consistency. Chill. Dip the crab claws into the sauce with your fingers.
