Minutes of Annual General Meeting, Sunday 12 October 2014, All Saints Church, Hampton

1. Apologies for Absence: Catherine Gash, Vicci Davidson, Krzysztof Olejnik, Wendy Salmon, Jenny Snashall, Peter Vannozzi
2. Minutes of previous annual general meeting (17 November 2013): These were tabled and accepted, with a minor change to the attendees and apologies lists.

4. Chairman’s Report 2013-2014
5. Treasurer’s Report (1 Oct 2013 – 30 Sep 2014)
  • No report was available for review, but finances are in order. A report will be circulated as soon as it is available. 
  • Ann Peterken proposed that we continue to pay a £60 sub to Jubilee Debt Campaign; seconded by Gareth Wardell.
  • Ann Peterken reported a total of £9,396 for Christian Aid Week’s house-to-house effort by five Hampton churches.

7. Any other business
  • Derek reported there is no British Legion group to work with for the Remembrance Sunday event at Hampton’s war memorial cottages. He will be seeking help from ministers.
  • Vicci Davidson kindly offered Hampton Methodist to take over the organisation of the hot cross bun distribution in Holy Week from Anne Starkie. Anne and other helpers will still be on hand.
  • Richmond Interfaith Forum – we should circulate details of what is involved. 
  • SACRE – Duncan will represent CTAH in addition to CTT.
