Eastern Angles Theatre Company presents...
"This summer we’re celebrating the biblical story of Mary and Joseph by performing a series of “Medieval Mystery” plays...

The Trials of Mary is a free outdoor theatre event and will revive the gripping story in a fresh and new atmospheric way. The project is funded by Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund, Vivacity, Esmee Fairbairn and supported by Peterborough Cathedral.

The Trials of Mary is being performed over the weekend of 14th – 16th July at some of Peterborough’s local, cherished and historical locations:

Friday 14th July: 6.30pm, outside The Undercroft at Serpentine Green
Saturday 15th July: 12pm & 2.30pm outside Peterborough Cathedral & 6.30pm at Nene Park
Sunday 16th July: 12pm & 2.30pm at Cathedral Square

We’re encouraging people to bring a picnic, sit back and relax at the 1 hour performance, hopefully in the sunshine!
