The Clarkston Senior Send Off Committee is a Non-Profit fundraising committee overseeing the sales and planning of the Senior Picnic, Yard Signs, and Paw Prints only. All funds raised go directly towards the Senior Picnic and the celebration of the 2026 graduating class. We are not affiliated with any For-Profit companies selling merchandise.

Our goal is to make the picnic, yard signs, and paw prints available to all students. Please contact us @ chsseniorcelebrations@gmail.com, or your student's counselor directly through the Counseling Department, if any financial assistance is needed.

SENIOR PICNIC

Senior Picnic - Thursday, May 14th

The Senior Picnic is for CHS and RHS senior students only and will be held at Clintonwood Park (rain or shine). The picnic will be held immediately after seniors say goodbye to teachers and friends at the Senior Walk on May 14th, and will end at 4pm.

Tickets are $25 per student

Picnic Details

We welcome your seniors to participate in the 2025 Senior Picnic. This is no ordinary picnic; along with lunch and treats, students will enjoy a fun-filled slate of activities. Inflatable race courses, (temporary) tattoo artists, photo booth, Segway minis, radar speed pitch, and a hypnotist show are just some of the highlighgts! Equipment will also be on hand to enjoy basketball, kickball, volleyball, bag toss and more. A DJ will keep things lively, and we will have TONS of great PRIZES, from gift cards to mini fridges! Every student attending will receive a prize.

PAW PRINTS

Leave one last well wish to line the halls during your students final days in school with a student Paw Print!

Paw Prints can be sent in by parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends. This is an inexpensive, simple, and fun way to be a part of any student’s graduation celebration! Paw Prints will be displayed throughout the main hallways during the month of May. The students love searching the wall to find their special messages.

ALL proceeds go directly towards the senior picnic and related events!

Paw Print(s) details and instructions:

You will be emailed a Paw Print template within a week of purchase (and most often sooner) with full instructions.
You may purchase as many Paw Prints as you like.
Paw Prints can be as simple, or creative, as you desire!
Completed Paw Prints can be sent into the main office (many are sent in a manilla envelope with their student).
Paw Prints will be displayed starting the last week of April.
Paw Prints will be mounted on the wall as you have provided them to us.
The student's full name MUST be on the back of each Paw Print to be sorted for return.
The new graduate can pick up their Paw Print(s) at diploma pick up.

COMPLETED PAW PRINTS CAN BE SENT TO THE MAIN OFFICE AND WILL BE DISPLAYED STARTING THE LAST WEEK OF APRIL!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you should receive a confirmation email from service@paypal.com. You will also receive your Paw Prints template via email from CHSseniorcelebrations@gmail.com within a week of purchase. Also, be sure to check junk folders.

What happens if I make a mistake, or fill out more than one google form, when ordering?

Not an issue! If you create a form but do NOT proceed to payment, your form will not be processed (you may get an automated follow up prompting you to complete payment, but you can simply disregard).

What if I can't find the email with my Paw Print template?

Search for Paw Prints or CHS Senior Celebrations in your mailbox and also, be sure to check your junk folders!

Can I place more than one order?

Yes! Any and all forms submitted, with payment, will be processed.

When is the last day to order a PERSONALIZED yard sign?

Friday, April 10th

When will I receive my Paw Print template?

CHS families, within a week of purchasing, but often sooner. RHS families will receive in person from the RHS main office or via email.

Where do I send my completed Paw Prints?

Completed Paw Print(s) can be brought to the main office of your student's school. Please label “Paw Prints 2026”

When is the deadline for turning in Paw Prints?

Deadline: Latest, Wednesday, May 13th, but we will begin displaying them in late April, so send them in upon completion!

Will I get my Paw Print back?

Yes, IF YOUR STUDENT'S FIRST AND LAST NAME IS ON THE BACK, their Paw Prints will be sorted and returned to them during diploma pick up.

When is the Senior Picnic?

Thursday, May 14th immediately following the Senior Walk and ending at 4pm

Will my student receive a physical ticket for the Senior Picnic?

No, there are no physical tickets. Once you’ve completed your order, your student’s name will be added to our master list for the picnic registration.

Do school rules apply at the Senior Picnic?

Yes, all school rules apply and any violations of school policies may affect your students ability to attend commencements.

Can a parent attend the Senior Picnic with my student?

No, the picnic is for students and volunteers only. Please see our Sign Up Genius above to volunteer!

Can my student bring a guest from another school to the Senior Picnic?

No, the Senior Picnic is for CHS and RHS students only.

Can my student leave the Senior Picnic and return later?

No, there is no re-entry.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No, Senior Picnic tickets are non refundable.
